Background
Naming any three from the official list answers the question: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Eleven are recognized, and the newest is Juneteenth, added in 2021, which marks June 19, 1865, the day enslaved people in Texas learned they were free, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. Strictly speaking these are federal holidays: Congress can close federal offices and give federal employees the day, while each state sets its own list, so a few of these are ordinary working days in some places. Four of the eleven fall on a fixed date and the rest move with the week.
