Terms of Use
1. What this site is
A free study tool for the civics questions published by USCIS for the 2025 version of the naturalization test. Using it does not create any professional relationship of any kind.
2. Not legal advice, and not the government
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency. It is not a law firm and provides no legal advice. Decisions about your immigration case should be made with a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
3. No guarantee of a result
Practising here does not guarantee that you will pass the civics test or that any application will be approved. Where information here differs from the official USCIS material, the official material governs.
4. Accuracy
Questions and answers are reproduced from the official USCIS list and re-derived from that source rather than retyped. Even so, errors are possible, and answers that depend on current officeholders change. Always confirm against the official list and the official updates page. If you find a mistake, please report it to hello@uscitizenshiptestpractice.com.
5. Copyright
The civics questions and answers are a work of the United States federal government and are in the public domain under 17 U.S.C. § 105; they are not claimed as anyone's property here. The design, code and original explanatory writing on this site belong to its operator. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link.
6. Advertising
The site is funded by advertising served by third parties. Their content and the sites they link to are not endorsed or controlled here. Be cautious with any advertisement offering paid immigration help; check credentials before paying anyone.
