No accounts, no answers collected

There is no signup and no login. Practice runs happen entirely in your browser: which questions you got right is never sent anywhere, never stored on a server, and is gone when you close the tab. Nobody, including us, can see how you did.

This matters more here than on most sites. People studying for a naturalization interview are often understandably careful about leaving a trail. There is no trail to leave.

What is collected

• Server logs. The web server records requests, including IP address, browser and page, as almost every web server does. They are used to keep the site running and are not linked to any person.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records which pages are visited, which page you arrived from, and coarse technical details like country, browser and screen size. There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing in it that names you, and nothing that could is ever uploaded to it.
• Advertising. Ads are served by Google, which may set cookies and use them to choose which ads to show. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies, not this one. You can review and change Google's ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com, , and opt out of Analytics entirely at its own opt-out page.

Where you are changes what is stored

If you are reading this from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google's scripts start in a refused state: no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no advertising identifier. The visit still registers as an anonymous count with no way back to you, and the ads are chosen from the page rather than from anything about you.

That is why there is no consent banner here. A banner most readers dismiss without reading buys a permission that was never really given, and costs everyone an interstitial in front of a page they came to in order to study. Not collecting the data is the cleaner side of that trade. Everywhere else, including the United States, the cookies are set in the ordinary way and your browser settings are how you refuse them.

What is stored on your device

Your theme choice, light or dark, which stays in your browser and is never transmitted. Beyond that, the cookies described above, in the places where they are set.
